When and Where?

Festival Plaza at Waterfront Park 231 Witherspoon Ave, Louisville, KY 40202 on June 29th, 2024.

What time can we start tasting?

VIPs can enter and begin tasting at 12 noon and General Admission tickets can enter and begin tasting at 1PM. 

Will there be food?

Yes, we will have a variety of food vendors and pretzel necklaces.

Will I need to provide proof of identity/age?

Yes, as this is a 21 and older, you must have a valid unexpired form of government identification to ensure you are over 21 to enter the event.  We will check EVERYONE's ID regardless of how young you look.  Think of it as a compliment!

Is this event family friendly?

We love families but everyone must be 21 and older for this event, no infants or children allowed.

Are pets allowed?

We love the furry and flighty friends but only service animals in uniform will be allowed, so give the pets the day off.

Will tickets be available at the door?

We anticipate the event selling out. If the event does not sell out, tickets will be available at the door via QR code/online purchase- no promises.

What is the weather policy?

Rain, Shine or Flood the show must go on.

I've got a ticket and can't make it?

All tickets sales are final and non-refundable.

Does the venue HAVE accessible ACCOMMODATIONS?

Yes the event is accessible.

What should I wear?

It is going to be a lovely, rainy, hot, chilly, or breezy summer afternoon outside.  Dress for comfort and don't forget the sunblock or rain gear!

What is not allowed in the venue?

Tents, camping chairs, blankets, and umbrellas ARE NOT PERMITTED.  Absolutely no outside food or drinks.

What can I bring to the venue?

Your lovely self and a good attitude.

What do I do if I get bored just tasting these awesome beers?

Not to worry THERE WILL BE A VARIETY OF VENDORS, MUSIC, AND GAMES.

Yo, I’m gluten intolerant is there any other tasty beverages for me to try?

Yes, there will be cider, sake, and na drinks available.

Will there be parking?

There are several private and public parking lots and garages within walking distance. NO PAID PARKING IS INCLUDED WITH TICKET.
