Welcome to the KY Craft Bash website. By accessing this website, purchasing tickets, or attending the event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About the Event

KY Craft Bash is an annual craft beer festival organized by the Kentucky Guild of Brewers. The event is strictly for adults aged 21 and older. Valid government-issued photo ID will be required for entry. No exceptions will be made.

2. Ticket Purchases

  • All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizers.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold for a price above face value.
  • Lost or stolen tickets are the responsibility of the purchaser. We are not obligated to replace them.
  • Fraudulent, duplicated, or counterfeit tickets will be voided and will not grant entry.
  • Ticket purchases are processed through a third-party platform and are subject to that platform's terms in addition to these.

3. Age Requirement & Alcohol Policy

  • KY Craft Bash is a 21+ event. All attendees must present valid, government-issued photo ID at entry.
  • Alcohol will be served responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or disruptive.
  • Attendees are responsible for their own alcohol consumption. KY Craft Bash, the Kentucky Guild of Brewers, and participating vendors are not liable for the actions of intoxicated attendees.
  • Designated driver and non-alcoholic options are available at the event.

4. Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all attendees, vendors, and staff. By attending, you agree to:

  • Treat all people with respect regardless of age, race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or background
  • Refrain from harassment, intimidation, or threatening behavior of any kind
  • Follow all instructions from event staff and security personnel
  • Not bring outside alcohol, illegal substances, or prohibited items onto the event grounds

Violation of this code of conduct may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

5. Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted on event grounds:

  • Outside alcohol or beverages in containers
  • Illegal substances
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Pets (service animals are welcome)
  • Professional camera equipment unless pre-approved by organizers
  • Any items deemed a safety risk by event staff

6. Event Changes & Cancellation

  • KY Craft Bash reserves the right to modify the event schedule, lineup, or format at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to severe weather, public health emergencies, or venue issues), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. Refund policies in such cases will be communicated directly to ticket holders.
  • We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or other costs incurred by attendees in connection with a cancelled or rescheduled event.

7. Photography & Media

By attending KY Craft Bash, you grant the Kentucky Guild of Brewers and KY Craft Bash the right to photograph, film, and record your likeness at the event, and to use those materials for promotional, marketing, and editorial purposes without compensation or further consent. If you have concerns, please speak with an event organizer at the entrance.

8. Assumption of Risk

Attendance at KY Craft Bash involves inherent risks, including but not limited to exposure to crowds, outdoor weather conditions, and the consumption of alcohol. By attending, you voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that KY Craft Bash and the Kentucky Guild of Brewers are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your attendance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KY Craft Bash, the Kentucky Guild of Brewers, their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, vendors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your attendance at the event or use of this website.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, graphics, photography, and event branding — is the property of the Kentucky Guild of Brewers or its content partners and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

11. Third-Party Links & Vendors

This website may contain links to third-party websites or reference participating vendors. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of any third-party sites or vendors. Your interactions with them are governed by their own terms and policies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or attendance at the event constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
